Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
